Hi @Quailchris,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to only cancel the paper subscription without affecting the instant ink.

To cancel your HP Paper Subscription without affecting your Instant Ink service, follow these steps:

1. Sign In to Your HP Account:

  • Visit the HP Instant Ink website and log in with your credentials.
  • After signing in, click on "My Account" or "Account Settings".
  • Within your account settings, locate the "Paper Subscription" section.
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription" under the Paper Subscription section.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Important: Canceling your paper subscription will not affect your Instant Ink plan. However, if you decide to cancel your Instant Ink plan in the future, it will automatically cancel your paper subscription as well.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
