Hi @Martinerochette,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Changing the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) on your HP ENVY 5644 printer usually involves updating your payment information if you're using HP Instant Ink service. Here's a general guide on how to do it.

  • Access HP Instant Ink Account: Visit the HP Instant Ink website and log in to your account using your credentials.
  • Navigate to Account Settings: Once logged in, find the section for account settings or profile settings. This is usually located in the top right corner of the page.
  • Locate Payment Information: Look for the option to manage payment information or billing details within your account settings.
  • Update IBAN: Within the payment information section, you should find the option to update your IBAN or bank account details. Click on this option.
  • Enter New IBAN: You'll be prompted to enter your new IBAN. Make sure to input it accurately.
  • Save Changes: After entering the new IBAN, save your changes. There might be a button like "Save" or "Update" to confirm the changes.
  • Confirmation: Once saved, the system should confirm that your IBAN has been updated successfully.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
