Hi! I have an instant ink service and I’m being charged for it every month. My ink levels are very low and the printer shows that. My shipments history shows nothing, and for all the cartridges I see that ink is on the way. I’ve been waiting for the last 14 days and no shipment arrived. Have any of you experienced a similar issue and what should I do? I tried virtual assistant, tried asking talking to an agent but after six or 7 attempts it went nowhere. Please help, thank you.
