Hi, HP team when i bought the printer i was told that i am entitled for 5 months ink and when i looked all around the packaging, there was no placeholder to claim it.
Now i have posted 2 threads already to find out how to claim. Each time i am being given a link to subscribe to plans
DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT IF I CAN POST A QUERY ON A FORUM I CANNOT FIND OUT HOW TO SUBCRIBE TO A PLAN AND I NEED SOMEONE FROM HELP DESK TO GIVE ME THIS LINK?
MY QUESTION IS CAN I GET FREE INK WHICH WAS ADVERTISED ON THE BOX WHEN I BOUGHT IT FROM CURRYS. JUST REPLY IN YES OR NO- this will save us both some time.
If it is NO thank you for the scam!!
