Laserjet M15w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello to all,

I'm trying to get the "Printer Claim Code" for my HP Laserjet M15w but I can't find it.

I followed this guide

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03550536

but I can't find the Web Services menu in the printer website.

Can someone help me?

@MadGrin and @nekato, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The printer does not support web services and hence you do not see the option.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
