I had an old printer "HP Officejet Pro 8630" It no longer works, does not communicate, print or anything.  I bought a new printer, called the instant ink and told them to remove the old one from my account, and add the new one.  The new one is added and all is ok.  I CANNOT REMOVE THE OLD ONE FROM THE ACCOUNT DASHBOARD. It tells me to connect the printer! BUMMER !  Customer support is NO HELP
