We have had nothing but problems with the printer we just bought and it seems to have something to do with the HP Instant Print program.  We can't use our printer, even with the ink provided in the box, because of communication problems. related to this program

I would like to completely remove myself from the program so that I can use the printer..  Otherwise, I am returning the printer to get a Brother printer.  Do I need to do another factory reset?
