I continue to be charged by HP and cannot remove my credit card info.  As of today - my account cannot be accessed.  They stopped sending ink last year - and when I needed new ink - I bought my own at Staples.  I canceled the subscription on April 15th and was told they would stop billing, but continued to do so on May 14th, yet say they have the right to do so, as well as bill me for my own ink and monitor my printing.  

This seems fraudulent.  It has been more than 7++ months since I received ink and there is no way to get to anyone in the ...only get rerouted to Asian phone workers who are harder to understand and only offer the same statements in their scripts (not their fault) just the way HP does business??? Does anyone have a way to Customer Support by phone that is helpful?

They keep charging me $35.43......a lot to have my own ink and printer be charged and monitored.  Seems like a sham service.

If you have canceled your HP Instant Ink subscription but still see charges, follow these steps:

Steps to Cancel HP Instant Ink

Cancel Subscription:

  • Go to HP Instant Ink account.
  • Sign in with your account credentials.
  • Navigate to the subscription you wish to cancel.

Complete the Billing Cycle:

  • Note that charges might apply until the end of your billing cycle. Your billing cycle is shown on your account page.
