I cancelled my subscription to instant Ink months ago when I was moved onto a more expensive plan.  However, HP continued to draw the new subscription fee from my credit card every month and appear to be deaf to my requests for them to stop.  It is not a large sum to spend each month, but extremely annoying to have the money taken from me without any service or permission.  If I had paid by Direct Debit I could just cancel the mandate; with the debit being from my credit card it seems to be much more difficult to stop the payment.

Help, please!

Welcome to the HP User Community.

Once having been cancelled, it is true that the subscription and all charges should stop after the final billing cycle.

In addition, the Instant Ink cartridges would stop working and would have to be replaced with purchased cartridges.

What to do?

If the subscription is indeed still active, you can (and should) contact Instant Ink Support!

What else?

I've sent a request to the Community Moderators to review and escalate the issue within the Community.

You can choose to wait in the Community for an agent to respond.

Waiting is not faster - we are not Instant Ink Support - Waiting generally works.
