Product: HP ENVY Photo 6230 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hi everyone, I have a problem with a black ink cartridge. It fails to print well, has no quality, has a missing ink line on the page. Only with a new black Instant Ink cartridge. How can I replace it with a new one to resolve a situation? I can't find any solution on the Instant Ink website. Michele

I’m sorry, but the system doesn’t send the post in English, for an error with a request translation the post in English, but the post was in English! i solved writing in Italian
