@Pauline771, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you print more pages than your monthly limit, HP will automatically use your available rollover pages before charging for extra pages.

Rollover Pages:

  • Unused pages from your monthly plan automatically roll over to the next month.
  • There's a maximum rollover limit based on your specific plan.
  • If you downgrade your plan, a new rollover maximum applies, and any rollover balance exceeding that limit will be lost.

Additional Page Charges:

  • Printing beyond your monthly plan and any rollover balance will result in charges for additional pages.
  • These additional pages are billed in blocks, with the block size determined by your plan.
  • Any unused pages within these additional page blocks will also roll over for future use.

Consider Upgrading:

  • If you regularly pay for additional page blocks, upgrading to a plan with a higher monthly allowance may be more economical.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
