Hello,

My printer has started to have problems of wifi connection with my Macbook Pro : when I would start printing, it would sometimes print, sometimes the info wouldn’t go to the printer.

Two days ago after having the same issue, it started to print correctly one page, then for another document it said there was some paper stuck when there wasn’t any.

since then when I want to print, the page goes down a little bit then doesn’t move anymore and I can hear the printer printing but the page doesn’t move. I have cleaned the rolls but nothing changed. I still do not understand if it’s mechanical or
