The color levels are matched in both the android and windows smart apps a print out form the printer is also all the same levels. I can't remember if the original and store bought cartridges I got while I waited for the instant ink cartridges to arrive did the same. Was wondering if this normal? Or maybe caused by the chip shortage in the news maybe they combined the color monitoring to spread out there supplies.

HP Recommended

HP printers that use tri-color cartridges [all HP Envy models] and report ink levels show the levels of the lowest chamber since the cartridge needs to be replaced when the first ink chamber runs out.

Printers with individual ink cartridges for each color will report ink levels separately.
