I needed to print a bunch of documents. I upped my prescription from 100 to 1500 pages for two months and lowered it back to 100.  The info said I would be charged the normal rate $ 8.51 but guess what? THE BILL WAS for 1000 pages $66.02.  I have. It found any way to talk to a human, I HATE AI. How can I get them to lower the charges.

Your best option might be to contact Instant Ink directly --

You will need someone with access to your private account information to help sort next steps.

 

Perhaps take a look at the Terms of Service and then contact Instant Ink Support when the office is open in your region.
