I signed up for the Hp all in one subscription and was charged for it the same night (7th of feb) and now in the app and online it’s saying my subscription is pending even though I’ve done all the necessary steps multiple times. It’s doing the same thing to my mother who also signed up and was charged the same night as me. I would just like to know what’s going on and when my printer gets shipped and how long it’ll take to arrive. I also have multiple screenshots where it tells me one thing then when I go back it tell me it’s pending and I can’t get to the live chat because I don’t have a serial number because my printer hasn’t be delivered yet

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received any update on your All-in-One plan and that the status is still showing as pending. As you mentioned, you have already been charged, yet you have not received your printer.

I kindly request that you please check the tracking details that were provided to you at the time of purchase for the latest shipment updates.
