Hp deskjet 2624 printing blocked

Android 8.0 Oreo and older

I just bought a Pre-owned printer and it was printing good for one day after that whenever I try to print something from my android phone says printing unsuccessful / printer blocked, and now it doesn't print at all, the black ink is empty and color low, does it could be the reason why is this happening or is it something wrong with it?

Yes, you can try changing the cartridges and also uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App on the Printer.

Can you please tell me how to uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App on the Printer? I have installed it on my smartphone.
