salve,

ho un problema con una stampante HP e non riesco a capirne il motivo. Mi dice errore di stampa anche se il dispositivo è correttamente collegato (stampante di rete). Il problema si verifica dal computer sia dalla stampa diretta del file che tramite l’utilizzo del programma HP SMART. Ma da quest’ultimo il report di stato viene regolarmente stampato.
