Hp ink service

Hello my wifi is connected to printer and the information button flashes and cannot connect to ink services all logged in etc and just won't refresh.

I have done all what the virtual assist said reconnect wifi turned everything of some several button presses etc. Nothing I seem to think its something on the side if hp than here? Why won't it connect to this. It also is very big issue as this stops my printing every single page and have to keep pressing ok every single time. As going to hp account and fleshing to reconnect just doesn't. I now thinking cancelling as this is very annoying when I have lots of work to print off.
