I've set up my printer just now and there was no 2 month trial code for instant ink, as stated on the box. I read up online and it said to press the info and cancel button at the same time to get the code. Nothing happened, but after I clicked to enroll for instant ink, the page then printed out once all instant ink and account setting were completed.

How can I now add this 2 month trial to my instant ink, as when I've looked online it seems like you have to do this prior to the enrollment?
