hi,

I just received my printer which is supposed to come with 4 months free trial for instant ink. However I have not received a coupon/promotion code to use in set up to receive this.

 

Please advise

@Jbaaj, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

For Instant ink ready printers, the 4 free months get added once the enrollment is complete. Sign up and pick the plan you want and the billing will start after the trial/free period is over.

Have you enrolled in a plan yet? To know how, refer to this document.

For more info on Instant Ink, refer to the FAQ document.
