Costco purchase. Free instant ink program. Once cartridge installed wifi went off line.  Had to do a factory rest, now wifi light is blinking but setup requires a page to print but can't get to wifi set up to register with instant ink and instant ink wont let me print without registering?

Are you trying to connect the printer to WiFi or trying to setup an instant ink account?

Are you able to print from the computer via WiFi?
