My HP INK account was suspended for non payment and now it won't let me print even though I still have plenty of ink. What can I do??

You will need to clear up the non-payment and get your account current. HP Instant Ink cartridges will not function unless you have a current active Instant Ink subscription. See the terms and conditions here, which also have a phone number for contacting HP Instant Ink Support. Section 7.a.vi says:
In the event that HP is unable to collect payment from Your Payment Method at the time payment becomes due, HP may temporarily cease your access to the Service, and the Subscription Cartridges will stop functioning, until payment can be collected; if HP is unable to collect payment from You, HP will cancel Your Service and terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 9 (“Cancellation”).
