I am enrolled to hp instant ink service, however recently I tried printing but I could not because I would get an error message saying the tricolor cartridge was not communicating with the printer. I tried every solution so I know for sure this problem cannot be fixed with any current solutions provided by the forums. The message would also change to something like my tricolor cartridge not being HP authentic when up themselves sent me the cartridges. Is there any way I can get a new shipment for just the tricolor cartridge ? Or am I going to have to buy a new one myself? At that point I think it would be better if I cancel my subscription.
