Can you tell me what HPs complaint system is, cos they don't appear to have one - just post it on a community board. That's rubbish - every company legally required to have redress. What's the process please? I need to make a compliant against HP instant ink subscription - not providing any ink services but taking my money, and then threatening me to not honour the ink I paid for if I cancelled my subscription.
