I have a hp 4100   Enrolled in ink program  you sent me wrong size for different printer   I am sending it back

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

 

I'd like to help you with your Instant Ink issue.

 

The Instant Ink cartridges are bigger in size as they contain more amount of ink in it. But they still fit in your printer.

 

Please go ahead and install the cartridge and it will fit in your printer.

 

Let me know if you get any error message after installing the cartridges.
