Hello, I have an HP Smart Tank 790 printer. When printing photos on glossy paper, the printer pulls the paper slightly to the left during feeding, causing the photo to print with an extra left margin and incorrect alignment. I have already reset the printer, but the issue persists. Plain paper prints normally, while glossy paper consistently feeds off-center. Please advise on how to fix this or whether the printer requires servicing.

Makes sure that glossy is selected.  If you do not have HP Glossy then select "Other glossy"

Maybe a roller problem.

You may need to clean the rollers

This video show a different OEM printer but is useful anyway

If your printer has had a lot of use possibly the rollers have hardened and you need a roller kit
