Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently moved and had my printer disconnected from the internet for over a month.  Did not print any thing during this time and reestablished connection to the internet Jan. 25/22.  Now I am being billed 10 extra pages over my monthly contract.  Why? This is a regular occurrence!!!
