I am being charged $11.24 daily by hp instant ink subscription i have hardly used it, so why have i been charged the last 2 days in a row?? And how can i get the money back, at least one of the payments, i had that money in my account for my prescriptions, bc i have them delivered, and now they're isnt enough money in my account, and i CANNOT go without my insulin

I understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be, especially when the funds were meant for something important. HP Instant Ink is a subscription service that automatically tracks your printing usage and bills based on your selected plan, whether or not you use the ink. However, you do have control over your subscription—it's not compulsory.

 

If you don’t need the service right now, you can pause at any time through your HP Instant Ink account (hpinstantink.com). Pausing will stop further charges while keeping your account active for future use.

 

Regarding the recent charges, if you believe there was an error, I recommend checking your billing history in your Instant Ink account.
