I am so tired of this instant ink subscription I have selected to be on the cheapest plan and I am being charged daily by instant ink $6.95 my plan is supposed to be for once a month at .99cents so why are charging hitting my bank account every day they take money from my account and I can’t seem to get an agent on the phone. The last agent I spoke to said I’m on an automatic system they can’t change it and she changed my plan to the 3.99 plan I did not want this plan but still it is less then what I’m being charged everyday. How can a company add someone to a subscription and say it’s monthly and then my bank gets hit with charges everyday. I want my money back and I don’t want the subscription. If I would have known it came with all this trouble I would have bought another printer! It is so not worth the headache and the overdraft charges I am getting on my account because I keep my money in my savings account and then I put bills on my debit card but since I am being charged more then what my bills are worth they are causing my bank to overdraft me. My bill was just paid for the month yesterday again after I had my card locked from them charging my card everyday last month so fine I pay my bill for the month and boom it starts charging me again! I got 2 charges in less then a 24 hour span from eachother. Make it make sense!!! I want my money back and cancel the subscription I’m ready to go take this printer back while I’m at it since they will block my printer from printing if I don’t keep the subscription. I’m beyond angry by HP and the instant ink program
