I haven't used my printer since January. I should have rollover pages of 24 allowed for my account but they are not showing. Can you help me get the rollover pages added to my account please, Thanks

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Rollover Pages:
- Unused pages from your monthly plan automatically roll over to the next month.
- There's a maximum rollover limit based on your specific plan.
- If you downgrade your plan, a new rollover maximum applies, and any rollover balance exceeding that limit will be lost.
Additional Page Charges:
- Printing beyond your monthly plan and any rollover balance will result in charges for additional pages.
- These additional pages are billed in blocks, with the block size determined by your plan.
- Any unused pages within these additional page blocks will also roll over for future use.
Please make sure your printer is online.
