Dear Community. I have bought hp LaserJet M110we printer because I need to print a lot of documents and to send them urgently. I read in the conditions of purchase that the cartridge would be delivered to me even before I need it. I need a new cartridge urgently as you see I have to print appr. 1000 pages and I managed only 80. Please, when will my new cartridge arrive? How can I connect with the manager to ask him? They wrote that they see when I am going to be out of ink and will deliver it before I need it. What shall I do now?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink (or toner) cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.

Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant.  When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes).  The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.

Dear Bob

Thank you for your reply
I have already tried the Virtual Agent, but it does not help at all.
The telephone number is not correct, try to call this number which is on the site

OK, let's try once more:  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.  Make sure the flag just to the left of the "Sign In" box in the upper right corresponds to your area.  If you are in the UK the number will start with 0207.

Maybe, this is because I am on the wrong plan((

In any case, how can I buy a new cartridge? I need to print 1000 pages until Tuesday. Or is it impossible on this printer?

HP Recommended

And is it possible to return the printer? I bought it 2 days ago. But I used the ink.

HP Recommended

The initial cartridges generally take up to ten days to arrive, after that the system will monitor your usage and ship toner cartridges as needed.

In your case, if you need to print 1000 pages before Tuesday you will need to purchase a replacement toner at a local store.  Pages you print with a retail cartridge installed will not count against your monthly allocation.

I would doubt any retailer would take back what is now a used printer with empty toner.

Edit - I asked the Moderator to enable private messaging for you and I have sent you a private message with the HP contact information.  Click the envelope in the upper right, just to the left of your user icon to access the message.  You can also find the phone number in the terms of service document here, it is listed just after the address near the top of the document.
