I am paying for my instant ink , but am not getting any delivery !!! Whats going on ?

We see a few of these each month.

 

Start with checking the process --

If there are issues, consider contacting Instant Ink Support in your region.

 

Generally there are a few reasons for not receiving ink, including:

  • The printer has not (yet) notified the service that your ink is depleted and needs to be replaced.
  • The service has been notified and ink is somewhere in the "shipping" process
  • There is a misconception that the service is an "ink every month" service.

 

Get HP Instant Ink Support Website 

Tab / Section “Your Ink”

Information in section “Shipping & deliveries” > Where is my ink or toner?

 

and possibly

 

Get HP Instant Ink Support Website 

Tab / Section “Your Instant Ink account”

Read / tap information in section “Accounts and plans”
