Product: HP ENVY Photo 6234 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to connect my HP Envy Photo 6234 Printer to Direct Ink service but does constantly get the Error message: Could not register the printer Error (GSS001). The Computer is brand new in octobre 2023 HP Victus and OS is Windows 11 Home ed. Ram is 16 GB and free diskspace on OS disk is 338 GB. I have updated Printer firmware from HP Smart Software.
