I keep getting the following message  -  WE ARE UNABLE TO CONNECT YOUR PRINTER TO FINISH INSTANT INK ENROLMENT - MESSAGE CODE GCAG001.

 

I have updated Firmware and ddrivers.

 

Any suggestions please?

I have the same issue I see there are 4 separate threads on this issue. We had the printer in the USA and now moved to Europe. The instant ink subscription was cancelled in the USA we have created completely new accounts for Portugal where we now live and it simply won't let us connect to Instant Ink we get the same error codes listed above. We have tried resetting everything but without any success, we have spent 2 hours on this and getting seriously annoyed with it.... HELP!!!!!!
