Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Updating Payment Information for HP Instant Ink!

If you have lost your login details for your HP account, you can reset your password and update your payment information by following these steps:

Resetting Your Password

  1. Visit the account sign-in page:
  2. Click "Forgot your password?" and enter the email or username associated with your account.
  3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Updating Your Payment Information

Once you have regained access to your account, follow the steps below to update your payment information:

  1. Sign into your HP Instant Ink account:
  2. Navigate to Account in the left menu, then click on Billing or Shipping & Billing.
  3. Click "Manage your payment method."
  4. Enter the new payment information:
    • Credit/debit cards: enter card number, CVV, and expiration date, even if only the expiration date has changed.
    • Direct Debit: re-enter your IBAN number, even if it has not changed. Confirm other payment details.
    • PayPal: follow the on-screen instructions to link your PayPal account.
