I can log into my HP Smart App, but it won't open up the 'Manage HP Account' so I can't view any details.

@Markr2d2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Managing HP Account Issues in HP Smart App!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you are having trouble accessing the 'Manage HP Account' section in the HP Smart app, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

Check your HP Smart Account Sign-in

Ensure that you are properly signed in to your HP Smart account, as some features might not be available if you are not signed in.

  1. Open HP Smart app: Launch the HP Smart app on your device.
  2. Sign in: Make sure you are signed in using your HP Smart account credentials. If not, sign in with your registered email or phone number and password.
  3. Check Account Settings: If you are signed in, click your profile icon and make sure all account settings are correct.

Verify Your Device and App Compatibility

Ensure your device and software are compatible with the HP Smart app.

  1. Operating System: Make sure your operating system meets the minimum requirements:
    • Windows 10 Redstone 5 (version 1809) or later
    • Ensure Windows updates are up to date
  2. App Version: Verify that you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed:
    • Microsoft Store (Windows): HP Smart
    • Check for any pending updates in the Microsoft Store

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
