Hello!
I am having this problem a while back but didn't really pay attention to it. Now that i need an access to see what's happening on my instant ink account i can't open it.
I am having problem with HP Instant ink Dashboard management where you can see your actual print counts every month
sample below:
I always go to these sites for my instant ink subscription also thru the HP Smart app:
https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/u/
but i always get this message,
i am so frustrated right now, i tried signing in on a different devices such as my phone, my brother's computer and signing in a private tab(thinking its a browser cache issue) but no avail.

Since this issue is related to the Account profile I suggest you contact HP Instant Ink in your region to sort it out
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
