Hello everyone! I'm shown a message that I can activate 6 free months (I have never activated the 6 months before, and I know that they should definitely be available to me). When I click on it, I'm redirected to various pages, and at the very end, I need to provide my address and card information, and it ultimately says that I must pay the amount XX now. How can I resolve this issue, and where are my 6 free months?
