I have to change my credit card, because it expires. I fill in number and date, click on "Weiter" ("next" or so), then an EMPTY (!) popup appears in the browser and the prompt in my banking app. I confirm the prompt in my banking app. But the popup in my browser ist STILL EMPTY and then disappears! Again the Page appears where I have to fill in number and date.

 

I tried it with 2 browsers - all the same.

 

So I cannot change my credit card! 

 

I work with Windows 11, but cannot select this above.

Now I changed my credit card with Steady and it worked without any problems! So it is no problem of my bank, but of HP. Just to make clear.
