I just got off the phone with an insta-ink support agent and there was no prompt for me to leave a review on the customer service I received. I think it's a great idea to use these agent review options after each call. I've personally noticed a decline in phone etiquette and helpfulness coming from these live human agents (which are difficult to reach these days) and I think it's not a waste of time or energy to work on getting quality live human support in the tech industry.

So where can I leave a review for this helpful support agent that stayed on the phone with patience and great support for a mother (myself) on the edge until the problem was resolved?

Well, leaving your comments here in the Community works - "sort of".

We are not Instant Ink Support -- we do have people that can convey your compliments to the support crew.
