Solved!

I can't get a replacement for faulty cartridge. Its empty but indicates it is part used.

HP Recommended
HP envy 5030
macOS 10.14 Mojave

My black cartridge is empty but indicates it is part used. I have cleaned it fully twice. There is now way to make contact with HP instant support. The virtual agent is of no use as does not recognise this problem. the virtual agent indicates my printer is off line but it is connected and HP still records the pages I 'try' to print. There is no current phone support "at this time' for over a week!

I have discovered I can print just using the colour cartridge as an emergency but please Help 

Using Macbook Air, HP envy cartridge  65/304
