Deskjet 2700 printer series

We missed a payment and HP Smart has blocked us from printing or using our printer. I am trying to modify our credit card information so that we can make the payment but the cards will not update. I enter all the card information and the page says to verify the information again. We have tried 3 different credit cards with the same result each time.

 

At this point, I want somebody to talk to as I have urgent things to print. Is there a way to get in touch with an actual person for assistance?
