I bought a printer recently, and since then I can't register for "instant ink". I made my register, put my address and put my credit card, but I can never finish, because the following message always appears: "There was a problem finalizing your subscription."

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. For assistance, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Are you using the HP Smart app to enroll the printer?

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet and check if the printer is Instant Ink eligible. Try using a different web browser like Google Chrome or Firefox.

 

Refer to this document to know how to turn on web services.
