I can't seem to find anyone to ask this question and the HP virtual assistant said I might want to contact someone. I just want to send back the unopened box of ink cartridges. I never started the program as I was given this printer and there were full cartidges already in the printer but when I tried to connect it HP would not allow me to without getting this program. So now I am stuck with this unopened box that I want to send back. I have cancelled the subscription but don't want to be charged for the ink as I will not be using it. Can someone help me with this?

Let’s walk through how to return the cartridges.

 

Follow the instructions below to order recycling envelope-

 

Sign in to your instant ink account. 
https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/l/

 

Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.

 

On your HP Instant Ink account page, click Order a Cartridge Recycling Envelope in the Help Center area.
