I’m getting charged but I canceled it and I’m not even getting the packages. They stopped coming after I canceled and this is my first time being charged in a while.

Hi @Brady0028

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I'd like to help you with your Instant Ink query.

After you cancel, you must finish the billing cycle.

Instant Ink does not prorate billing cycles if you decide to cancel.

If you cancel your Instant Ink service, you can print with Instant Ink cartridges until the end of the billing cycle.

At the end of the billing cycle, you receive your final bill and the Instant Ink cartridges stop working and should be returned to HP.

Note: Please install store-bought HP original ink cartridge.

Subscription cartridges or generic (non-hp) cartridges will not function in your printer now that the service is cancelled.

If this solution hit the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!

Regards,
