@Jowhannn, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP DeskJet 3630 Enrollment Issues!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It seems like you're experiencing difficulties enrolling your HP DeskJet 3630 printer in the HP Instant Ink service. Here are some steps you can follow to resolve this issue:

Check Internet Connection:

  • Ensure your printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network. Double-check that the network connection is active and stable.

Enable Web Services:

  • Go to the printer control panel, find the Web Services option, and make sure it is enabled. This service is necessary for the printer to communicate with HP's servers.

Use the HP Smart App:

  • If you haven't already, download and install the HP Smart App on your mobile device or computer. This app can help you troubleshoot the issue and ensure the printer is connected to the internet.

Check the Instant Ink Enrollment:

  • Log into your HP Instant Ink account and check the status of your enrollment. Ensure that your printer appears in the list of enrolled printers.

Reconnect the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, wait for a minute, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes reset the network connection to resolve any temporary issues.

Resolve 'Not Connected' Error:

  • If the error persists, you may need to re-establish the printer's network connection:
    • For Wireless Connection: Use the Wireless Setup Wizard on your printer to reconnect it to your network.
    • For HP Smart App Connection: Once reconnected, use the HP Smart App to verify the connection status.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
