I want to change Ink plans from $4.99/ to $6.99/mo. Your print out states I am in a $27.99 plan and if I wish to downgrade to $6.99 I will still be billed $27.99.  I have NEVER been in a Business plan.I have ALWAYS  been in the $4.99. How can I rectify this situation??

Hi @agi29,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear about the confusion with your HP Instant Ink subscription. It seems there's been a mix-up regarding your plan change. To resolve this issue, I recommend the following steps.

Verify Your Current Plan: Log in to your HP Instant Ink account to confirm the plan you're currently enrolled in. This will help ensure that the displayed information matches your intended subscription.

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get this sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

To locate your account, please provide

Your registered email address

Your Instant Ink account ID

Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink

Confirm your address,

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
