My black ink was plug correctly in the printer, but it say "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer." all the time. I am really sure I plug correctly. After many times I replug ink, I cracked the ink by accident, which comes with my printer.... Now, the printer still say the same thing, what can I do now?

I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
