I Understand your concern, Dont worry let me help you with this. 

Could you please confirm if you’ve already reached out to us for a replacement? If so, it would be very helpful if you could share the case ID (if one was provided) via private message so I can check the details on our end.

In the meantime, could you also let me know:

  • The exact printer model you’re using
  • The cartridge size or number that was sent versus the one you expected
  • The specific error message showing on your printer’s display
