I have a HP 2632 and it has not been connected to the internet for a long time, i have HP instant ink and have not recieved a new cartridge, and the black ink cartrige is empty, i bought a new one in the nearest store but it was not an original so now the error light flashes and i can not print anything

True - If the printer is not connected to Web Services (that connects the printer to the Internet),
then
The Instant Ink service is not notified when the printer needs replacement ink.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
And here's what you need to know & do:
If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.
That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536
when done successfully, check if it works fine.
